Another busy week at Grange Moor! The week started with nine of our Y3/4 boys travelling across to Moorend Academy to take part in a football festival. It was a really enjoyable afternoon and the boys displayed fantastic attitudes as always. We have had a non-uniform day today to raise money for school fund - a really interesting variety of clothes on display. We finished the week with our Awards Assembly and it was lovely to see so many parents attending again. Class One shared some work from Where the Wild Things Are and we tried our best to get a wild thing roar out of the younger children but eventually got one from a Y6 pupil. Class Two shared some more of their rainforest work and Class Three brought some work from World Book Day to show us. Certificates were won by:

C3 - All of Y6 for their hard work this week in their SATs practice tests.

C2 - Sam and Maidy

C1 - Elsie and Orla

Callum is taking Munch home who was exceptionally well looked after by Lexie last week.

Many thanks to al the parents who continue to buy teas and coffees at our Awards Assembly - you have raised £100 this term which will go towards end of term Outstanding Attitude Awards. Special thanks to Jo and Ian who put this on for everybody week in, week out - much appreciated!
